Tervetuloa osallistumaan moponäyttelyyn!

Hillaviikon moponäyttely Tarvike.comin pihalla ja nuorten miitti Hillatorilla ovat osoitus siitä, miten Ranualla luotetaan nuoriin ja kannustetaan omaehtoiseen yhdessä tekemiseen! Tapahtumassa kerätään kokemuksia jatkuvaluonteisen “rassausverstaan” käynnistämiseen. 

Moponäyttely ja nuorten miitti järjestetään Hillaviikon ja Tarvike.comin toimesta.

Hillatorin koristellussa juhlateltassa on tarjolla kahvia, teetä, mehua ja pientä naposteltavaa. Musiikkina soi Hillaviikon nuorten talkoolaisten kokoama soittolista.

Palkinnoksi moponäyttelyn kolmelle eniten ääniä saaneelle on Tarvike.comin lahjakortit:

  • 100 € lahjakortti voittajalle

  • 50 € lahjakortti 2. sijalle

  • 25 € lahjakortti 3. sijalle

Tehdään siis yhdessä kaikkemme, että moponäyttely ja nuorten pop-up-kahvila jättävät kaikille hyvän mielen ja paikat siisteiksi! 

Näin tuot ajokkisi näyttelyyn 

Tuo tieliikennekelpoinen moposi, skootterisi tai mönkijäsi klo 16-17.30 Tarvike.comin etupihalle. Mopoautolla tai moottoripyörällä ei voi osallistua näyttelyyn. 

HUOM! Mopot tuodaan pihalle pääportista. Taluta mopoasi, mikäli sisäänkäynti ruuhkautuu.

Poistuminen näyttelyn jälkeen tehdään numerojärjestyksessä takapihan kautta.

Tullessasi rekisteröit itsesi ja ajokkisi näyttelyyn seuraavin tiedoin: 

  • Nimi, ikä, puhelinnumero

  • Ajoneuvon rekisterinumero, merkki, malli, vuosimalli ja teho

Saat mopolle järjestysnumeron, joka kiinnitetään ajoneuvoon, ja ajokit järjestetään numeron mukaan pihalle. Numero on samalla äänestysnumero.Paikalla on osaavia talkoolaisia ja Tarvike.comin henkilökuntaa, jos sinun pitäisi vielä fiksata mopossasi jotain pientä, tai sinulla on kysyttävää ajoneuvon vioista tai korjaamisesta.

Klo 17.30 jälkeen saapuvia mopoja ei oteta näyttelyyn. Ovet avautuvat yleisölle klo 18 ja tämän jälkeen pihalla ei saa ajaa ajoneuvoilla.

Äänestysaikaa yleisölle on klo 18-20 ja jokaisella on vain yksi ääni. Klo 20 ajokit viedään turvallisesti numerojärjestyksessä pois takakautta, kun näyttelymestari antaa luvan. 

Tulokset julkistetaan Hillatorilla klo 21.30. 

HUOM! Hillatorille ei saa ajaa moottoriajoneuvoilla! Jos ajoneuvoja tuodaan torialueelle, voidaan tapahtuma keskeyttää ja palkintojenjako siirtää Hillamarkkinoiden sunnuntaihin.

Welcome to the Moped Show!

The Hillaviikko Moped Show at Tarvike.com and the Youth Meet-Up at Hillatori celebrate Ranua's trust in young people and encourage them to create activities together. The event also serves as a pilot for launching a permanent community workshop where young people can repair and maintain their vehicles. 

The Moped Show and Youth Meet-Up are organised by Hillaviikko and Tarvike.com. The decorated festival tent at Hillatori offers free coffee, tea, juice and light snacks. Music will be provided by a playlist curated by Hillaviikko's young volunteers. The three most popular vehicles, chosen by public vote, will receive Tarvike.com gift cards:

1st prize: €100; 2nd prize: €50; 3rd prize: €25

Let's work together to make the event enjoyable for everyone and leave the area clean!

How to Enter

Bring your road-legal moped, scooter or ATV to the front yard of Tarvike.com between 4:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Cars for young drivers (moped cars) and motorcycles are not eligible.

Please note: Enter through the main gate. Walk your vehicle if the entrance becomes crowded. After the event, vehicles will leave in numerical order via the rear exit.

When registering, please provide:

  • Name, age and phone number

  • Vehicle registration number, make, model, year and engine power

You will receive an entry number, which must be attached to your vehicle. This number is also your voting number. Experienced volunteers and Tarvike.com staff will be available to help with small repairs or answer questions about vehicle maintenance.

Vehicles arriving after 5:30 pm cannot be admitted. The exhibition opens to the public at 6:00 pm, after which no riding is allowed inside the exhibition area. Public voting takes place from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Each visitor may cast one vote.

At 8:00 pm, vehicles will leave safely in numerical order when authorised by the event marshal. The winners will be announced at 9:30 pm in the Hillatori festival tent.

Please note: Motor vehicles are not permitted in the Hillatori market square area. If vehicles are driven into the square, the event may be suspended and the prize ceremony postponed until Sunday during the Cloudberry Market.
